I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their support for launch day of The Lead Pedal Podcast. It was a great event and now we begin the uphill climb of building a solid audience. I used to have a favourite meal while I was on the road. It was a staple at most truck stops and is a great variety of items. The dish can contain noodles or rice, beef or chicken, and other items. If you are the first to guess this dish you will win the prize. Good luck!
